An unconventional approach to the management
of change for any company.

VIRAL CHANGE™ is the alternative to slow, painful and unsuccessful change management in organisations.

The traditional model is linear: big change needs a big set of initiatives cascaded down via big communication programmes. In VIRAL CHANGE™, a small set of behaviours is spread by a small number of people through their networks of influence. This creates massive behavioural tipping points, generating new routines and 'cultures'. Viral Change is about creating an internal epidemic of success in whatever way you have pre-defined success.

The concept of VIRAL CHANGE™ challenges the most popular and established assumptions about the management of change.  Here are just a few:

  • Big change requires big actions and it needs to be top-down.
  • People are resistant to change.  It is a slow and painful process.
  • New processes and systems will create the new necessary behaviours.
