Communication Skills
 What is it
about
We believe that success in business (and
social) life stands or falls with the quality
of communication between partners. Misunderstandings
occur between people who are speaking the same native
language. How much more is this the case when different
languages are involved! We look at different styles of
communicating and how these influence the responses we give and
get. We work with what works well for you, and provide for you
the context, as well as plenty of tips and techniques, to help you
communicate with greater impact across cultures. We work with
you to achieve more conscious and collaborative
communication.

Sessions
How
This 2 day workshop is
experiential, with short input sessions
followed by activities and lots of skills
practice.
Presentations are
filmed and played back during the debriefing sessions. A follow-up
individual coaching session lasting 1 hour is held for each
participant (usually on Day 3). Participants can bring their
own presentations to work on during the
seminar.
Who
for
Anyone who wants to brush up
their communication skills, with particular reference to
international audiences. This workshop is particularly
beneficial for non-native speakers of English, who
have a high level of proficiency in English, but sometimes lack
the confidence or speed to make their voice
heard.
Separate individual coaching engagements can also be arranged to cover the above
topics.
